We weigh your laundry when we pick it up and again after washing. You're only charged for what we actually clean — no estimates or rounding up.

Our minimum order is 15 lbs. Most households easily meet this with one or two loads of laundry.
How do I schedule a pickup?

How long does it take?
Most orders are returned within 48 hours of pickup. Rush same-day turnaround is available for an additional fee when scheduling allows.

We sort your laundry by color and fabric type before washing.
When do you schedule pickups?
We schedule pickups Monday–Friday after 4 PM and on Saturdays after 11 AM. Just choose the date that works best for you when you book online.
